ITLM – How does it work?

IT Lifecycle Management at Holland Recycling is all about control, security, and sustainability at every stage of your IT equipment’s lifecycle. We help organisations primarily in the end-of-life phase, where IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) takes centre stage. In this final step, we ensure your hardware is processed safely, data is fully destroyed, and value is preserved.

In the first step, we work with you to take stock of which IT hardware needs to be disposed of and what the options are.

As the second step, we pick up your hardware using our own secure transport.

In the third step, your data is 100% certified destroyed, either via software using Certus Software or physically via our shredder.

The fourth step is testing and sorting your equipment for reusability. Working hardware gets a second life.

As the fifth and final step, you receive a full report, destruction certificates, and we ensure prompt payment.

Map out all your IT assets. A complete and up-to-date overview forms the basis of every ITLM process.
Establish policy and responsibilities. Determine who is responsible for the purchase, management, and disposal of IT equipment, and record this in a policy that aligns with internal guidelines.
