"Every phone or tablet contains valuable raw materials and confidential company data."
Have your old business phones and tablets picked up and recycled in five simple steps. We arrange the entire logistics and ensure responsible processing.
In the first step, you simply let us know how many phones and/or tablets are involved and what the key specifications are.
In the second step, our specialists provide you with a fair, no-obligation offer based on the current market value.
In the third step, we schedule a pickup in consultation with you.
In the fourth step, the incoming phones and/or tablets are processed into secondary raw materials.
In the fifth and final step, you receive our purchase invoice, which we then pay immediately.
Smartphones and tablets are fitted with batteries that must be removed by hand. After the battery is removed, the devices are further dismantled manually. The batteries are hazardous and are transported separately to a licensed battery processor.

At Holland Recycling, data security is our top priority. Depending on the condition of the device, the data is either certified wiped using special software, or the device is physically destroyed (shredded). Afterwards, you receive an official destruction certificate or a report of the wiped data, so you can be sure sensitive company information doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.
No, Holland Recycling focuses exclusively on the business market (companies, institutions and government bodies). Private individuals can usually trade in old phones at their municipal recycling centre or at collection points in supermarkets and electronics stores.
Yes, that’s possible. If the devices still have value for reuse (refurbishment), Holland Recycling can buy them. The value is determined based on the brand, type, specifications and outward condition. If the equipment is no longer suitable for reuse, the valuable raw materials are recycled.
Holland Recycling aims for the highest possible step on the “circularity ladder”. This means we first check whether a device can be refurbished for a second life. If this is no longer technically possible or desirable, the device is recycled in an environmentally friendly way according to strict WEEELABEX standards to recover raw materials such as gold, silver and copper.
