We continuously invest in modern recycling technology to increase our processing capacity and extract more value from discarded electronics. Recently, we have commissioned a new processing and sorting installation.
Our approach
Since 2010, we have specialised in the collection and processing of discarded IT equipment. Our focus is on recovering metals and maximising the added value of precious metals on circuit boards, across more than 25 different quality grades. This makes us the most sustainable solution for end-of-life electronic devices. Since 2015, we have been WEEELABEX-certified and comply with the strictest standards in electronics processing.
Expanding to complete devices
Where until recently we largely processed circuit boards and hardware components ourselves, the new installation now allows us to fully process complete devices such as servers, computers, decoders, switches, etc. entirely in-house.
Why did we choose this installation?
The new installation is exceptionally well suited for breaking down a wide range of composite materials. Via a chain mechanism, materials are accurately and quickly shredded, making the process more efficient and keeping raw materials intact. The machine offers a dual advantage: efficient and complete separation of even hazardous components, and significantly lower costs for wear parts. Thanks to its longer service life and reduced wear costs, high output and long operational availability are guaranteed.
