We are Holland Recycling from Boxtel, an informal, internationally operating trading and recycling company. By maintaining and expanding a large network of customers worldwide, and thanks to the knowledge we’ve built up over the years, we’ve been able to grow quickly. Holland Recycling buys, trades and processes large batches of old electronics and metals. Sounds interesting, right? It is!
We work hard, and between jobs there’s plenty of room for a chat and a laugh. As our new working foreman, we expect you to wear our team colours with pride. Figuratively speaking, that is. The yard will be your domain, where you’ll stay in close contact with the account managers about stock movements.

• Leading colleagues comes naturally to you; you help others get the best out of themselves

• You are organised
• You have an eye for detail (to recognise different materials)

• You are familiar with safety regulations and procedures

We start at seven and work until five. Our good coffee helps us get going in the morning. Usually we get all the work done on time, but if it’s ever needed to stay an extra hour, you won’t mind.
Holland Recycling is working on further professionalising the business, in order to achieve our growth targets. Your knowledge and experience will play a big role in this!
We work hard but keep things relaxed. Sometimes a bit too relaxed, and that’s when it’s good to have you keeping an eye on things. Your team consists of around 12 operational staff, and we regularly also make use of additional temporary workers. No problem for you — you help everyone excel in the right place.
Fair’s fair. You’ll receive a good salary from us, matching your knowledge and work experience, good secondary benefits, and pension accrual.
What’s not on your payslip, but comes with the job anyway: a solid dose of satisfaction. You’ll use your talents to help the team perform. Under your guidance, your colleagues feel good in their role. You make them better, and you also act as the linchpin between colleagues in the yard, planning and sales.
